HomeBuyer Report
The HomeBuyer Report is suitable for modern residential properties of conventional construction. The purpose of this survey is to provide home buyers with a professional, expert opinion to help them to make an informed decision about whether the purchase of a property should go forward.
The report is concise and in an easy to understand format. It will comment on the property features of that may affect its value.
Building Survey
The Building Survey is a broader, in-depth survey type; it is appropriate for all property constructions and ages, but is most suitable for old, dilapidated or altered buildings that are large in size.
The survey report provides a detailed, comprehensive description of the construction and the structural condition of the house you are buying. It will also offer a list of necessary repair work.
Our reports may allow you to negotiate the purchase price if remedial work is needed to the property.
