I would like to make few point, we were late one and half hour due to the last customer not receiving keys on time, but we were in touch with yourself to update you the whole time. I have checked your paper work and will say you were given one van free of charge and we took your rubbish at a discounted price because we were late. You were also provided with free dismantle and reassemble service and instead of 3 men we gave you 6. The men and did a good job putting everything in correct rooms and gave you £395 discount yet you are still not happy, can I ask what else we should do for you? I wish you good luck in your new house, and I must say your review is not fair as our staff did everything in our ability. We will however look at ways we can be more efficient Thank you.

Dear Customer, We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience with Via Removals & Storage. I can assure you the crew on your move day were properly trained and experienced. You mentioned the guys were slow to load and unload the van. To transport your valuables safely and securely without causing any damage we always take our time and do not rush our service, in addition to this we had to carry furniture down 50 stairs. With regards to your damaged appliance, when I spoke to you, you mentioned you had now fixed it providing no evidence of damage and no pictures for the damaged vase were provided. With regards to our service rating, we supplied you with a 5-ton vehicle when you had booked a 3.5ton, we carried out a free dismantling service and charged no additional cost for waiting time at your new property, so we feel your feedback is unfair.
