Really quick and agile in terms of booking the survey in and getting it completed. Also a good level of quality as the survey was followed up on the day with a call to talk through what had been found. Really Gogood value for the service.

Excellent service. Garrett was quick to respond to our emails, and to arrange the survey. He called us afterwards to give us a brief overview, and let us know when he would send the complete report. The report is clear, and has photographs of any issues identified.

Garret was really quick to reply to my initial email. Not only was the price competitive but we needed the survey carried out as soon as possible and Garret was kindly able accommodate us almost immediately. He also took the time to call me the day the survey was carried out to give us a quick run through and we had the report emailed to us within a few days. The entire process took less than a week and we were really impressed with Garret's high level of service and his continued assistance going on from this. We are first time buyers so this is all very new to us and Garret has been a huge help.

We were really happy with the service from Garret. He was quick to get in touch with us and organised the survey within a couple of days. The survey itself was really thorough, split up into different areas with advisory points and suggested plan of action/points we should raise with solicitors and with pictures which were really helpful. We managed to negotiate the price of the property down thanks to getting this survey done.
