They got the job done and did not change the quoted price despite claiming the job had been underestimated, however they were not as efficient as I'd hoped they would be and there were a couple of small breakages.

Brilliant service. They were such hardworking guys, so polite, and a pleasure to work with. They came in, packed the whole house and moved everything without even a moan. It made a potentially very stressful few days a total breeze. I would not hesitate recommending them.

They damaged furniture during transit and during unloading. We were left with holes in the wall of a brand new property. They do not reassemble furniture safely or correctly, and knowingly leave items insecure and improperly constructed including baby furniture left unsafe without any warning, they also left multiple items of furniture with essential parts and fittings missing that are now unusable. They don't bring tools to reassemble furniture meaning we had to start unpacking boxes to lend them ours. All if the problems were found by us after they left and most had been knowingly concealed by them , none were mentioned to us before they left. After trying to contact them to speak about the problem for two weeks and either being told to call back the next day or that someone would call us back we finally got to speak to Jason who repeatedly hung up saying it was a bad line, so instead we sent an email detailing the problems . After two weeks of no response to this email (a whole month after moving in) my husband called him for an update and was shouted at and received abuse before being hung up on. It would seem they have no intention of investigating or responding to our complaint and further more no care for their customers or the service they provide.

We moved the clients from a 9th floor flat in London to a house in Whitby. Our packing and dismantling crew were Bob & Jake who dismantled, packed and loaded a Luton van on day 1, this is what the client sent us in an email - ''firstly I wanted to say how impressed we were with Bob and Jake at the moving out stage, everything was stress free and smooth and very professional'' Obviously the client was very happy at this stage so we ensured that at least one of our operatives (Jake) was with the delivery. We delivered their belongings the next day after being very flexible and patient waiting on their decision whether they were moving the following day and I believe that it was past 6pm that we had confirmation. Our men arrived at 9am the following morning and the customer did not arrive until 12.30 and would not let us unload until after 1.30pm. We carried out the unload and re-assembled the furniture to the same standard with the same fixings as we removed it. There were a few phone calls and Jason did call them back and yes it was a bad line but we were being called on our BT office line and the customer advised that they were in a very bad area? Jason did speak to the customer and apologised for not responding quickly as he was out of the office and also awaiting a report from the removal team.The customer was repeatedly interrupting Jason as he was trying to explain himself and Jason did agree that there were some raised voices but no point was there any abusive or bad language used. The customers also gave the delivery guys a tip to say thank you.
