Overall fairly good quality for the money. They send you the documents to complete by email, which you can also send back by email, so access to a printer is fairly essential. There was an instance of the estate agent trying to get a reply from them, and they only replied once I had been copied in. Otherwise no issues.

The initial estimated time to completion (6-8 weeks) turned into 4 agonising months. But COVID and incompetent and slow solicitors on the seller's side were the main culprits. I can't really fault our solicitor, who always responded quickly and professionally. We sometimes had to chase him. But overall he was excellent and I would probably use him again.

Swift replies to all questions, even out of usual business hours, emailed updates throughout the process.

Excellent communication always get back to you ontime and reply to your emails. Amina is very polite and professional.

TLP were excellent, good communication from the outset with an initial "get to know you" call, everyone was introduced, they explained the process, took the time to understand our requirements. Once all the papers had been recived they were quick to interact with the other party, pushing them to complete on time. Ismail was very attentive, explaining the clauses of the agreements and regularly responding outside of normal office hours. I would whole heartedly recommend Tlp fir not only an efficient service but a quality service.
