Building Surveys
This survey is suitable for all residential properties but is most suitable for rundown and older property types. It goes into the greatest depth on defects found and will provide advice and address specific solutions for you the client. With a level 3 survey, we have an additional service whereby we can provide estimates for building costs should this be required. We guarantee all Level 3 reports will be with you within 48 hours of inspection.
Homebuyer reports
Although less detailed than the level 3 building survey, this report covers both the interior and exterior of the property and will address construction type, materials used and attempt to locate and potential defects. We offer valuations attached to Homebuyer Reports upon request. Most of our clients find a valuation useful and have often saved our clients’ money as a property’s asking price is often renegotiated if any damages or defects are uncovered. We guarantee a report turnaround time of up to 24 hours from inspection.
