Robert was fantastic, the process was so simple from my end. All I had to do was a bank Transfer, Robert then arranged the survey date and came back promptly with a very detailed report covering everything we could have hoped for. Robert was always accessible by phone for discussions on the property and he was willing to go above and beyond what was in the report, providing advice on additional aspects that no one seemed to be able to support with. I would highly recommend that you give Robert a call and you will see for yourself the quality that he provides.

Robert was very efficient in getting back to me after an initial enquiry. He was able to complete the survey the following week and informed me straight away by phone call of the results before issuing me his written report. I am very pleased with Robert's work and would definitely recommend him to anyone requiring a HomeBuyer Report.

We were buying a period property so opted for a full Building Survey. Robert was very professional and knowledgeable, providing sound advise in addition to a thorough report. I would highly recommend his services, we will surely call upon his expertise again when the time comes in the future.

Mr Ward provided a comprehensive & clear report and rang me the following day with his initial comments, followed up with written report which was emailed to me. He then discussed the full report at length with me reassuring me & giving me sound advice on how to proceed..

Although we did not go through with the purchase, Robert was instrumental in helping us make the correct decision. We appreciated his advice on the property and taking the time to go over everything in detail over the phone. I would highly recommend.

A little slow in sending the final written report, but near immediate feedback by telephone was excellent. Robert was very helpful and pragmatic. I would recommend this company.
