Liam was superb during the initial discussions and quotations. There was a lot of uncertainty with our move and different options quoted for including storage and Liam was always helpful and competitive. Their quote was mid range of the quotes (not the cheapest) but we chose them as Liam’s customer service was excellent and very personable and he gave us confidence that whatever happened they would be on the end of the phone and help us navigate whatever. When it came to the move (including packing and 3 days storage) the crew was brilliant. Really efficient and effective and worked really hard and did a Sterling job. Thank you to all and would highly recommend Sure Removals for local or if like us longer distance removals.

I booked with Liam, after being delayed by the estate agent several times Liam was very understanding and accommodating in making sure I could book. On the day the two man team arrived early and identified themselves, and began to start work straight away. The guys were very professional and respectful of property and belongings. It was the first time I had used a removal service as I had always done it myself previously, I will not hesitate to use Liam and the guys again. 1st class service.

Whilst the internal staff were very efficient & knowledgeable, this was not the case on the day with removal personnel. Lorry provided too small, no floor coverings, mattress coverings or wardrobe hangers provided (as advised by contract & internal staff). Chest of drawers broken during move.

Very easy to deal with and we found their details packing service very useful and reasonably priced.

Yes I would like a reply to my complaint, which was sent within the required complaints timescale on the 3rd Oct. It was a horrid experience, I ended up lugging boxes myself, as I wanted the movers finished and out of my property asap.

This was our first move and we cannot fault the service received. The quote given for the job was the lowest I received and I was encouraged by the fact that there was someone to answer the phone or email every time I had questions which put us at ease. The lorry turned up early and the movers got to work immediately. They were respectful of the building and of my property. All of my belongings arrived safely and in one piece. I would absolutely recommend Sure Removals without hesitation.

The Appraisal of contents was wildly inaccurate with the estimated number of bags and boxes being nearly half the actual amount we ended up with. The firm provided no help with resolving this issue. Additionally most of our furniture has dents now, and they were unwilling to move the boxes into the correct rooms.

We used the packing service the day before, the two fellas Claudio and Paul were great and I highly recommend doing this for anyone moving! On the day Valentin and his two man team were fantastic, very polite, friendly and patient, i wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again.
