Sure Removals

We engaged Sure removals to carry out our house move in January 2021. They were friendly and professional from the initial contact. we had a phone assessment of our needs and a detailed quote based upon the call and email. The team (2 guys) turned up on time, were very helpful and courteous. They took very good care of our goods and we were delighted with the whole service. We would recommend this service for value and outstanding service.

Unprofessional, unprepared not a good experience. I believe the work had been sub-conned out, although they said it hadn't. 2 un-uniformed removals men in a rented ran with no trolley carry all my personal belongings like sherpas broken plates and a dirty sofa the other end, would not recommend or use again

Guys that were helping us to move did it all in 4 hours, all boxes and furniture were placed in a room of choice. There were really helpful and took care handling out belongings. We can highly recommend them.

Sure Removals were easy to book and responsive to emails. The team providing the packing service and the movers on the day arrived on time. They were friendly and helpful, although they repeatedly asked whether we had any updates regarding when we were going to get the keys which significantly increased our stress on the day. The vendor dropped off the keys at the estate agent late, so we did not get access until 13:30. In the terms and conditions, access after 1pm is charged at £84 per hour- we were charged for a whole hour for this 30 minute delay. We had so few things to move and reconstructed one of items of furniture ourselves which allowed the removal team to leave early and complete another job- it therefore seemed really unfair to be charged extra for the delay in getting the keys. All in all, it might have been cheaper than other quotes, but after this extra fee for the delay getting the keys the difference was not so great and it was definitely a more stressful experience than with other removals companies.

Incredible service. Efficient. Did everything and more to cater for our hectic day. Loved the service from start to finish, and would highly recommend!! :-)
