Paul's service has been great. Since he offered the cheapest quote, I double-checked the price with him after clarifying that it was a period property with some complex features. He replied promptly and professionally, reassuring me that he could examine the issues specified, within the original quote. He kept me very well updated on the scheduling of the visit, and answered a few advance questions over email. After the visit, he delivered the report by the evening of the same day. It used the standard RICS template and was filled out extremely thoroughly and clearly. He provided approximate budget costings which have been useful as a starting point for more specific quotes. Throughout he was friendly and helpful in communications. All-in-all, I'm not sure there is anything he could have done better. Highly recommend!

Got a quote in seconds, Paul called me immediately after and 2 days later I have a full survey! Speedy! Paul was by far the cheapest, but can confirm that he was very thorough and the level of detail in our report was fantastic. Not sure why you would pay more!
