The current owner Gary Scott, who remains active within the company, formed the practice in 1982 having won a design award in 1980 during the regeneration of Peterborough in this period.
We have surveyed many different types of buildings over the years from modern to listed to National trust and our knowledge of construction techniques and defects is extensive.
We are an RICS-regulated firm and members of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists providing not only surveying expertise but also full architectural design assistance for altering, extending or building new properties.
We provide both a residential and commercial surveying service along with architectural advice from our Peterborough and Spalding offices. We generally operate within a 50-mile radius of each but will provide our service to returning clients wherever they are in the UK.
