So far I am satisfied with the service. They have done whatever they promised on time and given help and advice whenever requested.

Very detailed report. Lots of advice also given. As a result of the survey I withdrew my offer and saved myself a small fortune. Would I use Nick's services again? You bet I will! Well done to reallymoving for bringing this firm to my attention.

Chose the company on speed of response and personal service, which were both excellent. We worked on the principle that if a company could not work quickly and give us an individualised reply, we probably would not have confidence in them. We preferred to opt for a mid-range estimate and have also done the same with the removals company, again from the reallymoving.com website. I would strongly recommend this service as way of cutting through mass of service providers and finding someone efficient and helpful..

Exceptional communication and speed of service, survey was booked quickly and performed within a few days. Because we were in a rush to get the survey they, without being asked, emailed a copy of the full report (on a bank holiday) with a paper copy arriving a few days later.

Always got a response to my emails from Nick - whether after office hours or at weekends which was more than I would have expected. Reallymoving.com is an extremely useful website which has been invaluable - I haven't moved house for 33 years so the task was somewhat daunting!!

I would recommend this company to anyone, they quoted the lowest price and were the first to get in touch after I'd received the quotes. They did exactly as they said they would and were able to carry out the survey within about 4 days of me requesting the quote. The survey report arrived within 5 days of the survey being carried out. My only suggestions about how the service could be improved would be: 1) have a method of payment by card that does not incur any additional costs e.g. paypal (I paid by cheque to avoid the small but irritating additional fee to pay by card) 2) to receive a notification (text?) to confirm the date that the survey was going to be carried out, this isn't crucial by any means and I appreciate that this would add an admin taks but it could be automated to reduce any admin burden and thus not impact the overalll cost of the survey and would provide a little bit or reassurance that things were progressing. Overall I had a very positive experience and would use Roberts&Roberts again in the future.

This company was excellent especially Nick, who highlighted may problems that I didn't either consider. We eventually backed out of the sale but wouldn't hesitate in using Roberts and Roberts again.

Very pleased. Needed v quick report and got the appointment and the emailed report in, I think, 3 working days. It wasn't actually 100% guaranteed to be quick so i was really pleasd when they rushed it through and emailed it before the typed copy arrived. (In the event, the sale annoyingly fell through.) Cheques only accepted - I would have preferred to pay online or by phoen, as it cost me £5 for next day delivery of the cheque, as iIwas worried they would not email the report until the cheque arrived. Not a big prob for most people.
