Extremely happy with RMNJ!! You will not regret using them as your solicitors. They respond to your emails very quickly and there's always someone on the other end of the phone to help you. Correspondence by mail is also super quick with documents arriving in the post the next day. All in all we're thrilled to have found this company.

It took very long 2 months for freehold house. I needed to chase them to find out next steps. I could appreciate more initiative in speeding up the process. For example we waited more than a week for an form from the managing company. They could of requested the money from me and the mortgage at that point instead of waiting another week after the documents were received and we were ready to exchange but needed to wait for the money to be transferred from the lender. I had Caroline as a contact in the last week and she was much more proactive and calling to update me.

Our initial written advice to this client indicated that 6-8 weeks was the likely timescale for the purchase from receipt of contracts to completion. It actually completed in 7 weeks which is within the predicted range. At the outset, our clients receive a comprehensive guide to the steps in their conveyancing transaction. This is well worth reading if you are not familiar with the conveyancing process in the UK. We give all clients clear and detailed explanations and updates throughout by phone email and written correspondence, also we have a free on line case tracking facility. The purchase was unusual for a freehold because it involved a management company which added additional stages to the transaction. We didn’t know about this until the contracts arrived. Also the lender chosen by our client requires 5 working days to send the mortgage money after we certify the title to them by fax. There was no way of short circuiting these stages as the client suggests in her feedback and there was no significant delay by any party to the transaction, including the seller’s solicitors and the management company. We really couldn’t have got this one through any quicker!

Absolutely fantastic, made every step really simple and no question went in answered. It was really useful to contact them via telephone and email rather than in person.

althouh cheap and reasonably quick no actual legal advice was given - the documents were simply sent to us and we were told to read them!

We offer an email/postal conveyancing service to all parts of England and Wales. It's central to that process that we send you documents to read. These documents contain the advice we give you, which is unique to each transaction. Clients can ask for clarification or further advice at any stage. RMNJ's conveyancing service is compliant with the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme. For more information about us, please Google RMNJ solicitors

Not the easiest in terms on communication. I phoned needing help before signing contracts, but was told to email my questions in ... and they didn't reply to all my answers They send a lot of the documents electronically... which is fine, but they're not helpfully named and could do with more specific guides

Thank you for giving us 4 stars in both categories. Many clients prefer to send us queries by email now and we regret any misunderstanding here. We would have been pleased to deal with this by phone if preferred and if our client required a fuller reply to his query a further call or email would be the answer to that problem.

Were really polite and friendly throughout. Helped us nicely through the conveyancing procedure, despite having to deal with a pushy estate agent. Would use again.
