Although she was restricted by the turnaround on her email system, she was always willing to give me a quick verbal update over the phone when I had an issue, and I felt that she was on my side pushing the case forward (which is not the experience I have had with other fixed fee conveyancers). Good company, quick communications

They were quick, efficient and it was always easy to get hold of Katerina whenever I called. The only delays were caused by the seller's solicitors and time spent sorting a Declaration of Trust on my side. This was my first house purchase and introduction to the conveyancing process. While most of the time was spent waiting for searches to complete it went smoothly and I would happily recommend RMNJ Solicitors to others.

We were really really happy with the service we received from RMNJ. Will was our appointed surveyor and he dealt with everything quickly and professionally. We chose RMNJ because of the reviews we had read on Reallymoving.com, and would definitely recommend them. The whole process took just under 9 weeks, although it definitely could have been quicker had the sellers solicitors been quicker to respond to some enquiries, and had we not had to wait for the current tenants to move out. Our conveyancer went on holiday during the final week when we were due to complete, and I was a bit worried about this. However, we were appointed Sandra, who was absolutely phenomenal. She took over without any problems, was completely up to date with where we were at in the process and pushed it all through on time. Actually, before it looked as though we wouldn't complete on time, but she was very proactive and got it all sorted. She was excellent at emailing back straight away and calling us to update us at each step. We would like to thank Will and Sandra for their work.

Generally the conveyance was less stressful than I anticipated. The complicated tasks were dealt with promptly and with our full understanding or permission.
