HomeBuyer Report
Our HomeBuyer Reports are completed to the standard format set out by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. It will detail the general condition of the property and notify of any significant faults in the building that may affect its value.
It is most suitable for conventional, recently built properties.
Building Survey
A Building Survey is a more comprehensive inspection that can be adapted to suit the property and the client’s requirements. It is suitable for all properties, most notably older, less conventionally constructed buildings. It examines all accessible aspects of the house and will provide information about defects in the property, what they could mean and the possible cost of repair.
