This company were the third to contact us from my initial quotations list however, they were very professional and offered a great service which is why we opted for them above the others. They did not call instead emailing us allowing us to take our time in choosing the right surveyor for us. They also provided examples of previous surveys in their initial email and clear breakdowns of costs involved. They were able to book us in promptly being relatively local and went above and beyond what the other providers were offering in terms of communication and transparency. Emma Baker in particular was quick to reply to any questions we had and was happy for us to add questions as and when they came to us, prior to the survey taking place. Craig Rennolds also called us after his survey was complete to discuss his findings prior to the report being compiled to allay any fears. As first time buyers, this was really appreciated. We cannot find fault with this company; very happy customers and would definitely recommend.
