Guy Harrison did the survey.I had to phone up about it as it did not arrive on time. I was told he had been ill so that's why it was late and he would phone me back straight away.On the phone he said the veranda would need taking down (not a problem) so as nothing else was wrong I went ahead with the purchase when I received the survey their was a list of faults which I was not told about on the phone.On phoning him back about it he said we had discussed all the faults which we had not. Phoned Reliable surveyors and was fobbed off with excuses ie he had done 4 or 5 surveys and might have mixed them up and was told they would try to short it. Mr... Harrison did call me back and insisted he had told me everything that was wrong with the building and it was my fault for buying it in that condition if this had been the case I would not have gone ahead with the purchase this has cost me {and others)time and money had he been honest. about the call it would not have been so bad

Brilliantly detailed report and excellent customer care. They explained the process, took care of everything around the inspection and followed up after every stage!
