I chose Phillip Cole because he was the only one who said i didnt need a full survey, but only a building survey which was a lot cheaper. The survey was carried out and results came back very quickly. I would highly recommend Phillip Cole.

Absolutely brilliant service. Phillip kept is up to date, the survey was turned around extremely quickly and it was very in depth. The overall service from Phillip was excellent and if recommend him in a heartbeat, especially if you're a first time buyer.

Philip Cole provided an excellent service. After my initial enquiry he sent through a follow up email with an example of a previous survey attached so I could see exactly what would be included in the survey. He always responded very quickly to my questions and my the whole process very easy. The survey was organised soon after my enquiry and the report delivered a few days after it had been carried out. I would definitely use Philip Cole again for any future surveys I needed carrying out.
