Phillip completed the survey for our first house purchase. Being a first time buyer, surveys as well as most aspects for the house buying process can be daunting. Phillip was hands on throughout the entire process, providing a very detailed report in a short space of time. He was patient with both of us considering we had no idea where to begin and went above and beyond to explain and breakdown his report often at the cost of his own time. we would highly recommenced Phillip to anyone who asks.
