This service will provide you with a detailed assessment of the structural condition of a property. It is created to the standard RICS format, so it is easy to understand and will contain the accurate information and details of the property. It can also provide suggestions about whether there would be any anticipated problems when it comes to be resold.
This survey is not appropriate for older, listed or particularly large properties.
The Building Survey is the most comprehensive residential house survey available – providing a thorough description of the construction of a property and if there are any repairs needed. It will offer suggestions for further investigation or remedial works.
