But no matter how long you’ve been in the business there is always space for improvement, and we found that Nick needed just a little nudge to get the Inspection Report to us within a quick timeframe, but that's the mark of a busy man who knows his stuff..

I picked Nick because of the good reviews and report examples I was sent, even though he was not the cheapest option. The report was very detailed and easy to read, when it was received and helped to put us at easy with the concerns I had raised with Nick before he conducted the survey. Only issue was the lack of communication or updates on the report, as I had no reply to a few emails. However when I stated to Nick I was disappointed in the communication, he was very quick to fix this and get the report to us quickly (even though it was Christmas).
