We were looking for a surveyor to carry out a level 3 survey for our first home purchase and found Gary's quote to be one of the most competitive. From initial contact the communication was great, we were provided all the information required before the survey and Gary answered all our questions. The survey was carried out as scheduled and we received the report the following day. The report was thorough and well written with easy to understand details of the observations/issues and recommendations. We have significant understanding of the condition of the property now with a clear idea of what we need to address before/after purchase and the related documents we should expect to see from the seller as Gary made this clear in the report. A great person to deal with and a fantastic service received!

Newburgh Survey and Design (Gary French who is the proprietor) was very professional and quick to respond to any queries that we had. He arranged for the survey by working with the Estate Agents and kept us in the loop on progress on each step. The turnaround on the survey and report was very quick. We had some specific questions regarding the property being surveyed and this was investigated on and addressed separately. So all in all very happy with the service received.

I recently used Gary from Newburgh Design for my level 2 homebuyers survey. From the start Gary was efficient and professional. I received a quote the same day and he gave me a clear lead time for bookings once I was ready. We contacted him on the Monday to book in the survey and he confirmed the same day that he would attend the property on the Friday of that week. We received report the following morning first thing, on a Saturday. The report was detailed was very detailed and Gary was happy to take questions and offered a follow up call to discuss anything we needed to go through. Last year we had a survey on a house that fell through using another company and comparing the two reports, I found this one to be much more detailed and having obtained a quote from them this time round Newburgh’s price was cheaper. The price had no impact on the service I received, in fact it was better and their price was most competitive I found. I would definitely recommend and I will be using again in future. I secured a slot for the following week, and Gary sent the completed building survey the following day. After receiving the buildings survey, he even went through parts of the survey that I had further questions about, as I am a first time buyer.
