Excellent report, more detailed than expected, well illustrated with photographs throughout. Turnaround time one week, report delivered when promised.

For £430 we got a full homebuyers report and valuation which felt like good value for money. The communication prior to the survey was superb. We were however disappointed to receive the report after office hours on the day the survey was due. The report itself was thorough in highlighting risks. However, in some places it was quite vague ie presence of Japanese Knotweed.

I found Nest to be very professional and friendly. They kept a very clear line of communication with me by phone and email to keep me updated. As a first time buyer I cannot recommend them enough. Absolutely fantastic!
