Jonathan at Navah is very approachable and professional. He phoned me after being contacted to explain the survey details and arrange the earliest survey date for me. On the survey day he called me again to go through all potential issues. One day after the survey, a well-structured PDF survey report is sent to me with item photos and detailed notes.

As first-time buyers, it was really reassuring to have such a good surveying company to do our Homebuyers report. We were given a quote and the final price was the exact same. Johnathan rung us on the day he completed the survey to give us an overview and highlight key points and found during the search. The next day we received the full report which was highly detailed and descriptive. The report included pictures so it was easy to pinpoint areas of concern and full understand the survey.

Very pleased with this service. I chose this company because they were the cheapest. Jon contacted me quickly and sent me an example of the sort of report I would get which was exactly what I wanted. He arranged the appointment quickly and phoned me on the same day he did the survey to go through it. He then emailed the report the next day. Couldn't have done more so definitely recommend.

I contacted Jonathan at Navah Consulting 2 and a half weeks ago. He replied to me within hours - being a first time buyer I had no idea what I needed. He explained everything to me and contacted the estate agents himself. The report itself was well written with clear points made and photographic evidence in support of this where needed. This will allow me to progress the property purchase from an informed position.
