Jon was absolutely fantastic. He was very efficient, easy to work with and very timely. I was away when he confirmed the date of the survey to be completed and was very patient with me while I returned from work to pay the invoice. Jon also called me a few hours after the survey was completed to talk me through his findings and then sent me through the report the very next day with photos included to really help explain exactly what was being discussed. He also has offered further advice and discussion if needed after reading the report.

Jon was really great - he gets booked up about a week in advanced (testament to his great service) but after telling him that I would like to get him in as early as possible as soon, when an earlier slot came up, he automatically put the survey in for earlier than the original date. When Jon finished the survey, he called me that same day and the full report followed the next day! The turnaround was amazing considering it was a 40 page RICS Building Survey report.

Using Jon (Navah consulting) proved to be our best decision of the week. He was friendly, helpful and yet totally professional in his dealings with us. The report was really appreciated for its extensive yet impartial findings and having pictures to accompany points made, really helped us pinpoint our focus rather than making an assumption to that being referred too.

Jon provided a first class service throughout - with a follow up phone call a few hours after the survey with an overview of his assessment. This was then followed up by a thorough report the day after which was excellent, breaking down the report in real detail. Would definitely recommend.
