Jon was great, his customer service exceptional he called me to discuss the quote and the service. Everything was done very professionally and after the survey was completed he called me to discuss his finding before sending the full report which was easy to read and self explanatory. Jon, thanks a lot for the speed in dealing with my request du to the time frame I was working with. I would definitely recommend Jon.

Very happy with the cost and service we w received from Navah- Consulting. We went forward wit hthis company due to the good feedback & mid range in price and everything seems to have been covered in the report to a good level of detail. my one negative piece of feedback is that on Money Saving expert website it advises you to attend the survey as this will give you a good insight. I asked Navah Consulting if this would be ok before booking and they said this would not be a problem. However once I had paid them and tried to arrange for myself to attend with them to the survey they said I needed permission from the house owner and put the onus on them. When I tried to arrange with the house owner to attend they said they had been basically advised by the surveyor to not let me attend as I wouldn't gain anything from it. Due to this issue I have marked the service quality down from 5 stars to 3 stars

Unfortunately, as surveyors, we do not hold public liability insurance for clients to attend the inspections with us.
