Mike was very approachable throughout the whole process. His wife Jo, chipped in very professionally, to our queries when Mike was on other work. There was no instance, where my queries were unheard or not responded. Our email/telephonic queries were answered to the minute detail as possible. I did call Mike 10 days after getting the report for a query and he promptly replied to all my queries, and was very helpful . The survey gave me enough confidence to proceed.

Mike was quick, efficient and professional, I had the report less than a week after I first searched for a surveyor.

We were really happy with Mike's survey. Before the survey I spoke to Mike on the phone and he took the time to answer my detailed questions. There was a miscommunication on the seller's side (not Mike's fault) so that the inspection could not go ahead on the day we originally planned, but Mike managed to reschedule it for a few days later which we really appreciated. The report was very thorough and helpful, giving a lot of information how to best maintain all features of the property. I would definitely recommend this company.
