Very thorough report and excellent/professional customer service. Mike was happy to discuss the written report with follow up phone call to answer all our questions. Mike was also happy to amend the standard survey to investigate some of our specific concerns.

I would highly recommend Michael's Services. There is nothing I can fault with it. Once contacted Michael had conducted the survey and returned the report within 5 working days. With the quick turnaround and thorough report, the price for this work was outstanding. I asked him to look at a rear of the property in depth which he did so and I'm sure if I had chosen another company (particularly a national company), then this would have been either extra cost or disregarded.
