Amber was very kind and attentive. The movers arrived on the agreed time and date, loaded the truck with our belongings fairly quickly, and were considerate of the rooms we requested the belongings to be unloaded in. All items and belongings survived the journey without any harm. There was one piece of furniture that had to be disassembled and reassembled, which the movers took care of to our satisfaction. The whole job was done in less time than initially assessed by about an hour, though we were happy to pay the agreed-upon price anyway.

Easy Move was very responsive and always available and prompt to answer queries and emails. Process of booking was very straightforward and staff was on time on day of removals. They handle all furniture with care and with no damage. On the day there were a few items that needed to be unscrewed and the staff was ready to help and had all tools with them. All the staff is friendly and the office called afterwards to confirm the removal went without any issue and everything went as planned. Would recommend the service to anyone and will keep the contact if ever need to use again.

They are very friendly. However they moved the time agreed first from 1 until 3 and ended up arriving at 5 so that was really bad. They also did not assemble the sofa properly and the sides fell when we sat on it. The price included 2 hours service. They ended using 15 minutes more and charged a full 30 mins extra. After the delay I would have expected them not to. They are still probably the cheapest for short distance moves as they charge per time and not items as most do.

The team were very professional, friendly and accommodating to our requests. Would definitely use them in the future.

The customer service was excellent till the move date. One of the 2 staffs who was younger than the other older gentleman was slow lifting small light boxes one by one deliberately trying to drag more time and money. Eventually me and my partner had to jump in to lift.

The man who helped me move (Sarfa I think was his name) was very efficient, quick and conscientious of all my items, all the items were stored safely on the van, no items were broken, and upon arrival a new place he helped move all the boxes up 2 flights of stairs!
