We are independent surveyors who are not tied to any financial group and therefore can maintain a competitive level of fees. This means that the advice we can offer you will be impartial, independent and founded on your best interests.
All inspections are carried out personally by the Malcolm Rand who qualified as a surveyor in 1987 and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We don’t delegate our work to inexperienced junior members to ensure the service you receive is of the highest quality.

Malcolm Rand was most efficient and carried out the survey within 24 hrs of being commissioned. A draft report was received on the same day as the survey with a hard copy received soon thereafter. Brilliant service ! The reallymoving.com suggestions were very useful in helping me to chose a surveyor.

I found the service very useful and efficient. Having never needed a survey in the past it was extremely helpful to get a comparison of costs. The company I used were also very good, and contacted me quickly after I had entered the details online, and carried out the survey quickly too.
