Thank you so much for completing our move. The whole process was quick, smooth and stress free. The team was brilliant, they were extremely courteous and helpful. We are still trying to figure out how they managed to get our 4 seater sofa into the 1st floor living room. Our only regret was we didn't have anything to give them for all their hard work. The owners and staff working at Lincs Removals strive to make moving completely stress free. From the first contact with Alan I felt totally reassured that his company would be exceptional. This was reinforced when Joanne came out to give us a quote. Nothing was too much trouble! We were moving across the country and requested a move over 2 days. Lincs Removals have set the bench mark for me - I've used removal companies over the years but never of this professional standard. My only regret is that I didn't use their packing service. Lincs Removals exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I would strongly recommend this removal company to anyone. They were punctual, polite, hard working and nothing was too much trouble. All my carpets and possessions were protected well. Lincs Removals were absolutely fantastic. I was apprehensive about using a company from out of our area but gave it a shot having gained confidence from speaking to Joanna on the phone. We were not left disappointed. They guys arrived on the day on time and were complete in the timescales promised. They even helped our vendor out who was not ready! They were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Overall exceptional service & price!

The service we received from Lincs Removals was first class. Having moved many times in the last 10 years, they were by far the best removal company we have ever used. Nothing was too much trouble, their attitude was positive and jovial at all times, and everything got move quickly and carefully. Very highly recommended.

Alan and his team were courteous and friendly to work with. There was a problem on the day of the move due to a misunderstanding, but fortunately, it was resolvable and was resolved with a little bit of discussion. The reason I gave 4 stars for service quality is that the team seemed to disregard my instructions about packing. I asked them not to pack items from different rooms in the same box, unless it would make sense for them to go into the same box. More specifically, I asked them not to mix stuff from bathrooms/toilets with the stuff from the kitchen. They seemed to be careful while I was there watching them pack, but were slack while I was away. They packed some of the utensils, food from fridge along with toilet brush, bleach and other stuff from the family bathroom, which is disgusting and which I asked specifically not to do. I noticed it before the boxes were loaded onto the truck and separated them into two boxes, but I never had any apology for it, which is disappointing. Overall, they were good, packed reasonably well and were helpful and patient enough when moving stuff in at the new property. They were happy to move stuff around a bit before leaving. They also left a nice card wishing us well in the new home.
