Absolutely incredible service. I booked for 3 hours and they were so quick that they only took an hour. This was great as it meant we could unpack our house straight away! Very friendly and great customer service.

Excellent, efficient and friendly work by the team. Cost was significantly higher than estimate not least because over £100 charged for packing materials.

The removal men were on time, went beyond the scope of work, including helping to walk an elderly neighbour to her door and were just lovely guys too. I was really impressed with the service, time it took to do the job and the extra help. I've recommended Leaders to a few friends who are moving soon, and will continue to do so! Thanks again!

Super impressive service!! The guys arrived on time, were super friendly and helpful. Honestly, I was worried that - with the amount of things I had to move - that we'd have to do a second trip in the van, but they fit everything in a single van. Furthermore, the place I moved to was on the 3rd floor (with no lift) but they worked quickly and efficiently. All-in-all we were done in 4.5 hours which was, quite frankly, astonishing. Highly recommend them.

Professional and polite individuals. I also checked on Trust Pilot for other reviews and they were highly recommended. The cost included up to 4 hours removal services. The crew were efficient and contacted me beforehand to say they had finished a previous job earlier.

From start to finish, Leaders were a genuine act all round. A moving day is so stressful and the 3 guys they sent round were like a force of nature, moving boxes and furniture at speed and with plenty of care. They reassembled anything that needed dismantling and worked tirelessly kn one of the hottest days of the year. The team in the office were professional and were able to fulfill all our requests. I hope I don’t have to move again soon but if I do, I will honestly go to Leaders first
