Contacted Laurence Quilter to rebook after previous issues with another company. They managed to fit me in on short notice and provide me a quick turnaround given my circumstances. High quality report and honest service. Can recommend.

Low quality survey, slow and disorganised

Brilliant quick efficient service.

Would not recommend this company at all - the survey was so vague and communication was terrible. The survey results themselves were just a copy and paste job and no detail was given, even after it was requested. Ended up paying for another survey

The service provided by Laurence Quilter was ok but nothing special. The survey report itself was fine, although I do note that there were a few incomplete sentences or typos that I needed to get the surveyor to later clarify. The admin was a quite slow, it took a long time to get an invoice reissued that was addressed to the right person, and that delayed the whole survey (and meant our exchange and completion dates needed to be pushed back).

The report itself was ok but the service could have been a lot better. I had a chase several times by emails and voicemail to confirm that the survey took place with the vendor. It was very time sensitive to have the report back in the time frame they initially stated and I repeated it several times. No one returned the calls, no replies to emails either. When I had finally pinned the contact person down it turned that she was not the one who attended the survey. In the end we received the report past 6pm on the day we were promised it. Not what you expect for £650.

Brilliant service! We had a speedy request and we couldn’t have asked for a better turnaround time and super pleased with the thorough detail on the survey. Simone was really friendly and we would definitely recommend them and return in future.
