Staff were polite and moved everything between houses efficiently.

Mike got in touch with us very quickly after I requested a price and visited the house to provide a more accurate figure shortly after. Our move was interrupted by the lockdown, but Knights Move were able to hold the price for the 2 month period until we were allowed to move house. Both Mike, Nathan and team were very professional throughout the entire process and we were very happy with the care and attention to detail Knights Move showed from start to finish. I would recommend them, and I hope they are very busy from now on.

Everything was fab. The guys were ace and made the entire process stress free.

We had a phone call the night before our move to comfort the on the morning before the move there text me the time that the lads will be there and everything went so smooth could not asked for better.

Very friendly and hard working lads went the extra mile to help us out and great communication would use again if required and recommend to friends

They seemed like a smaller company compared to others I'd looked at, and so I was a bit hesitant at first. However, they were very helpful, made the process quite easy, and the actual move went well. The guys adapted really well to a few challenges with a large sofa and dodgy wardrobe!

Seamless move by the team of guys from Knights Move. Ty, Jack and Nath (as they introduced themselves) arrived a little later than intended, but had apparently done a house move to Wales the day before so I can easily forgive them! They worked efficiently to get all my things packed and into the lorry, taking care to not damage anything (even my rather precious longcase grandfather clock) before we all drove over to the new house and had everything unloaded well before the end of the day. Not a single scratch was left on anything and even the IKEA furniture went back together perfectly, which was a nice surprise given how that stuff can be sometimes. I'd certainly use these guys again the next time I need to move house.

As soon as I put our details in for a comparison, Mike from Knights move called up to arrange a visit to see the size of van we would need. The evening he came he also sent through a quote. We didnt have to pay anything until the day of move and he also supplied boxes, tape and packing paper. All of his pre-move communication was polite and quick responses. On the day of the move the lads came to Leeds for 8am and were finished packing the van by 10 am, this included dismantling a bed. Throughout packing the van they were polite and we had a laugh. We then drove down in our car and they arrived in South Wales a few hours after us. They unpacked the van and put everything in the rooms we wanted them to, they even lifted the bbq over the garden wall because it wouldnt fit through any doors. They were really lovely guys and everything went smoothly. I would 100% recommend knights move for a hassle free move.
