Knights Move

Knightsmove were really great. They set a good first impression by contacting us to arrange a face to face quote - this was useful for us as we were moving a long way (Leeds - Edinburgh). Mike was fair and honest with regards to what his company offers. Although his removal men were young, they were nice lads and nothing was too much hassle. They even put up our bed and put our sofa back together which was a nice touch (and often something removal companies make you pay a lot more for!) All of our furniture made it up to Edinburgh without any issues and all in the same condition it left Leeds in - which is something I was very cautious about from the off! All our furniture was wrapped and the clothes boxes were a massive help. Mike suggested moving over 2 days which made the move much easier and meant his removal men arrived in Edinburgh super early so we had the whole day to unpack. Overall I would recommend Knightsmove to those who are looking to move, or looking to relocate as our experience was faultless.

Mike was really helpful when he came round to give us a quote for moving. Offered advice on things we haven’t even thought of. We had 2 separate quotes one for moving & one for packing the house up the day before. Best thing we did asking them to pack the house. The Lads that came on the day were so helpful & friendly, went above & beyond what I was expecting them to do. Would highly recommend them. :-)

The lads Mike sent were fantastic and I felt totally safe having them pack everything up as I was concerned at first incase anything might go missing that I couldnt remember I had at that time but as Ive unpacked everything at my new home I have nothing unaccounted for and the lads were careful and considerate with my belongings. They even moved me on a weekend. All in, I highly recommend Knights Move if you are looking for a straight talking company who do what they say they will. Many Thanks

Mike agreed to take on our move at short notice and quickly came to look at the size of the move and gave us a really fair price, much better value than other quotes we had from other firms. I was really impressed with how professional and stress free everything was. When removal day finally arrived the lads did a fantastic job; they were polite and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Really great firm and highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic service from beginning to end. Really flexible. Delivered boxes whenever needed without additional delivery charges etc. Changed dates when moving plans were disrupted without issue. On the day (which was seriously hot!) the team were endlessly professional and nice - even with a long wait in a very hot van. Very happy with the service. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Very happy with the service. Courteous and very efficient, especially as they were unloading and having to go up a twisting staircase with 48 steps! We will definitely be contacting them about our next move.

Wouldn’t hesitate to use this firm again. Great company, friendly staff, competitive prices and most importantly they moved our worldly belongings without damaging or breaking a single item (including a collection of heirloom crockery and a 125year old treadle sewing machine). Very happy customers!

Mike and the guys were all really professional and friendly. Everything was packed and moved safely. We had to move with a baby so the help was really appreciated. They also had to cope with difficult weather conditions but this was problem free. Highly recommend as they will take a huge amount of stress away.

We had some extremely heavy furniture we were worrying about moving but Mike and his team sorted it no problem. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to help us with the move. Fixed price exactly the same as the estimate even though it took longer than they planned. We would definitely recommend to anyone (and already have!)
