Every survey which we carry out will be undertaken by a fully qualified RICS Surveyor who will make an appointment as soon as you have confirmed your instruction, wherever possible this will be within 7 days. Many surveying practices overcommit workloads causing inconvenient delays.
You will be given a transparent fee quotation and we guarantee that there are no hidden extras. The fee which you are quoted is the fee that you will pay, we believe that a survey and valuation service which can deliver on time and at the fee quoted leads to further recommendations. JRV understands that you may not have bought a property for several years or perhaps you are a First Time Buyer but you need not worry, your surveyor will be happy to talk to you about anything that you don’t understand and advise you on what the next steps may be. Your surveyor will not talk to you in jargon but use simple language to explain anything which may be causing you concern.
