This company is really adaptable. We had 6 changes of dates during the completion process and they bent over backwards to accommodate us. They were extremely supportive when the whole process got very stressful

I have to say Intercity were excellent. We had a move from Cardiff to Leicester and they were willing to do the move for us in a day. George in the office was very helpful and patient as solicitors to-ed and fro-ed with completion dates for our move. On the day itself, the guys were so hardworking and careful (and lovely with our 2 very young children who said "this is the BEST DAY of my life ever" (!) ) . When we arrived in Leicester I have to say that the guys more than went the extra mile. There was no electricity at the property which we discovered as we arrived...and just as it was starting to get dark. Until we tracked the energy provider down, they even unloaded the vans into the house by torch, candles and fairy lights!! Lloyd seemed to find solutions for everything, was totally unflappable and always had a smile on his face. They really were brilliant and can thoroughly recommend Intercity.

Excellent service - could not have hoped for two more polite and helpful men. They packed very quickly and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Fantastic service, provided at very short notice. Hard working team who did not stop! Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Brilliant. Great price which was a lot cheaper than other companies.

Excellent price, did everything they said they would mostly unpacked and not had anything broke at all - arrived at 8am all packed into vans by 1pm - unpacked & put into each room gone about 6pm ! Great people very happy with the service provided
