Excellent service, information from the survey was communicated immediately. The survey was very detailed with recommendations. Very knowledgeable surveyor, who left no stone unturned.

Brad completed a buildings survey for a property I was looking to buy in Oxford. As a first time buyer, I wasn't too familiar with the process and needed someone to really guide me through the main considerations. Brad did a thorough survey and very patiently went through some of the issues on the phone. He was also very quick at responding to my emails. He went above and beyond the scope of work to answer my questions and provide advice. In the end, I pulled out of the sale as we found asbestos in the flat, but was immensely grateful to Brad for highlighting the risks. I highly recommend Brad for his experience and excellent customer service.
