I am an experienced, independent surveyor having qualified in 1996 and since carried out over fifteen thousand valuations or surveys on behalf of lenders and private clients.

My completed reports are generally between 22 and 30 pages, free of technical language and I keep caveats to the minimum. My survey reports include photographs and are meticulous in detail.
