Swift responses via email. Very detailed and thorough building survey was conducted and report provided within agreed timeframe. Would definitely recommend Gold Crest Surveyors and this website was very easy to use.

Initially they said yes to the Survey then a week later said no they don't cover the area where we found the house. That was disappointing, I would have thought that the company would have known at the initial enquiry when I gave them the property address. Apart from that they were very courteous and helpful, knowledgable and able to answer many of my questions.
