Fabian & Tim were really excellent & went above & beyond to facilitate a successful move. I hadn't realised that our bed would need to be partially dismantled & apparently this would usually cost extra, but as I hadn't been warned about this they did it for free, & even went to buy a tool they needed for the job. It must have been a challenge to move all our gear on a wet & stormy day, but they kept their good humour & even sang as they worked at one stage. I was nervous as I've never used a removals firm before, but I needn't have worried, as nothing got lost or broken. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys!

They were wonderful; friendly, personable, professional, didn't rush me, worked steadily and carefully.

After an initial video call assessment of our property we also asked if they could pack our items. They got back to us with a reasonable quote and assured us they would be able to move us on any day. This was reassuring, as the current climate of getting a removal company on your move day is pretty tricky. The team arrived the day before to pack and they were careful and asked us about any belongings they were unsure off. On the day of the move they worked incredibly hard. We had 3 vans in the end, they checked with us to make sure we were happy with certain items all throughout the day. The unloading of furniture they were careful and I was amazed on how hard they were working, shifting boxes and large items. I would recommend this company again to friends and family. Fantastic service from Fabian and the team. They really pulled out all the stops and even helped me get rid of furniture that was in the house. Top job!
