The company was swift in contacting me to make a quote and they came around the house, they were quick and accurate in answering my questions. Nothing seemed a problem and throughout the process contact was easy and regular checks by them to check everything was still on schedule was excellent. The move was swift and an excellent team, they were fast and efficient but also careful on the furniture. A stress free move for us, helped completely by the professional approach of Fentons

Fantastic, went above and beyond in terms of catering to our needs. They took the overflow of stuff that wouldn't fit in storage locker to our new flat 1 mile down the road and up 2 flights of stairs and didn't quibble about doing so. In hindsight, their storage option would have been MUCH cheaper than the big yellow we organised... ah well... you live and learn.

I got a call to discuss logistics and was promptly provided with a quote (with details of what was included) on the same day. I picked Fenton's Removals because they gave me a flat rate that will cover the move (rather than an hourly rate). I also confirmed the move date, and Neil promptly got back that we have been noted in the diary. Fenton's Removals arrived at our old flat on time during the move date, and all our items were in the new house within two hours. My husband and I were happy with their service, and would like to thank Fenton's Removals for taking the stress out of our move-in day! Thank you.

Excellent friendly service. We had a long wait to complete our sale on moving day and Neil and his colleague ended up having a much longer day than they expected. They moved very quickly and efficiently and even put boxes in the loft for us! Highly recommended!

Fentons were the first company to get back to me and provide a quote. All communication with Neil was prompt, efficient and to the point. Towards the removal date I texted several times for extra boxes and packing equipment, which was promptly delivered with no fuss, giving me reassurance that I'd picked a good firm. On the day they were on time and calmly and efficiently got on with the job. They were extremely careful to ensure everything was put in the right place on arrival . The only minor complaint was that they parked the lorry up near the new property early ( partly because they were so efficient packing) which might have been off putting for the people moving out. Hardly a complaint... Overall it was a slick, fuss- free service which really helped on a stressful day.

Would recommend them. On time and very helpful. Everything I could have wished for. The move went very quickly and efficiently and even connected my TV in my new flat.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Neil came and provided a detailed quote within a couple of days which was a lot less than competitors. Neil and another Neil turned up on the day on time, layed all floor coverings down etc, very considerate throughout. Nothing was too much for them including a very long wait for the keys to the new house, I am not one to normally write reviews, however this service was exceptional. Thanks!!

I chose Fentons influenced by the excellent reviews on Reallymoving. We were not disappointed. Neil and his team were superb- boxing all our stuff up and moving it on the day. It was their professionalism and thoroughness that made the whole process a lot less stressful than would otherwise be the case. I would absolutely recommend Neil and his team at Fentons, and would also recommend their packing services which, when you factor in the man hours, packing materials and new boxes, seems very good value.
