I used Europe Removal & Storage for my first move. it was a good experience for moving for the first time. i was doubtful at first and very stressed. So Europe Removal staff helped me by answering the questions and assuring me. one of the day, someone from the company came and talked about the move in details. asked questions and he kept answering me. i was very pleased overall. thank you Europe removal and team.

The price was expensive at first but when the supervisor came around my property, he offered me 15% discount. he explained the move/ the process of how it will happen on the day. the team was very good. they did an excellent job. it was a stress free move. i will surely recommend this company and move with them in the near future.

Very poor - job was sub-contracted without informing me. Removal team took very little care of our possessions, broke a sideboard, stained a sofa and made zero effort provide the 'protection service' referred to in the quote. I would not use again and if you value your possessions I advise you avoid Europe Removals - it's not worth the risk.

I am happy with the companies time keeping, quality of packing and moving. However I was disappointed that my 3k sofas were deeply scratched/ripped when being unloading and moved into my new address. They can't be repaired so I'm stuck with the damage and the clauses of the companies contract!

The price was competitive. The services were excellent. The crews were fast and professional in packing, moving and unpacking. Overall I was very pleased with the experience and in the quality of service that was provided. totally stress-free.

The 4 men that attended were excellent and a great help, they made the move so much easier than it might have been.

They were very accommodating since day 1. Ifty surveyed everything we needed to move and even provided better estimates for the boxes we needed because we haven't finished packing when they came to estimate the cost of moving. The driver was on time and was very helpful. We finished very early. I would definitely recommend them.

Good service, good price, good timing. Will consider it again. Advice to get physical quote to avoid surprises or changing price on site.

After receiving the quote from different companies, I arranged surveys from all the companies and Europe Removal & Storage happens to be one of them.
