Excellent value for money and great service

My partner and I commissioned two surveys from Edwards Milsom and Co and found them exceptionally helpful, clear and knowledgeable on both occasions. They were very quick to respond to enquiries and organise the house visits and were happy to spend plenty of time discussing the issues that came up and giving useful advice. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Really great service, I had booked it, had the survey done and received the report within the space of a week. The report was very detailed, and was followed up with a detailed phone conversation which included recommendations for trades-people, as well as smaller things like the best type of paint to use on the stone work and where I could find replacement tiles for the Victorian floor. Would definitely recommend!

Very professional, very helpful. The survey was carried out with full attention to to particular points I had raised. It was presented in such a way that I completely understood what was written though I have not yet spoken to the surveyor himself to discuss the results. Photographs were included. The survey pointed out that a conversion which had been approved by the local council Building Dept was not fit for the purpose it was marketed as. That saved me from buying a house that would not have met my needs. £500 well spent.

Excellent service and very quick to arrange the survey itself and in getting the report out to us. Scott was also incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and explaining in more detail what certain things meant. Also gave practical advice on how to deal with issues/repairs, and can recommend tradesman. Great value for money. Highly recommended and would use him again in a flash.

Survey was done quite quickly after my initial enquiry with the report available the following day, very efficient. It seemed a thorough and comprehensive report and presented the findings in a simple and straightforward way. Photos were also included to highlight some of the key points made. Several recommendations were made which were subsequently passed onto solicitor for forward action.
