Money very well spent. We were extremely impressed with the building survey report; it was very thorough and identified a number of issues.

Cannot recommend Edward Milsom & Co more highly. Mary (Secretary) is extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Communication was of the highest standard during the whole process. If it were not for Mr. Youngs highly thorough survey followed by a well written and very easy to comprehend report we could have lost ££££££ due to a dodgy seller. Mr Young also kindly made himself available to discuss the survey in great detail, answering all of our questions and giving much appreciated advice. Mr Young and his company are a true exception when it comes to the highest quality of workmanship at a very fair price. Would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future.

As a first time buyer I was really unsure which company to use so I have rang a few for a quote. I phoned Edwards Milsom after finding them on reallymoving.com and spoke to Mary who was really understanding and helpful, that I phoned back the next day and booked the survey. Booking and survey arrangements were quick and went to plan and I was provided with the survey, both an email copy and copy received in post withing the time frames specified. I asked if the surveyor could phone me to talk me through the survey as some issues had been found. Mr Scott Young phoned me back the same day and answered all my questions I feel he have me good, genuine and experienced advice and explained things in simple terms. He also assisted me with further checks that needed to be done. I am very satisfied with the service receive and would recommend this company.
