We moved on the worst day of year for snow and they still turned up on time and managed to do a brilliant job. Would definitely use again.

Accepted quote then they increased it. Still underestimated and had to hire a van. Buyers waiting to get in. Worst move out of over 15 I've done in my adult life. I was given a quote which I accepted after the company was highly recommended to me by my buyers. I was then visited and asked to increase the quote price. I agreed to pay for any cost of the increase which was delivered to me. The company said they would be making no profit on the additional needs. The date of the move was set eventually as 8th December. I was told they would come on the 7th to load and deliver early on the Friday I pointed out that I would have to wait for the keys and offered to have the delivery on Saturday so they could deliver early. I was told they would like to do this and instead of collecting Thursday they would do so on Friday. Company assured me they would be packed by 11 am. 12 o'clock at the latest. On the 8th December Economy Removals arrived with some crew and two vans. Van one was filled and driven away. Van 2 was filled and they we had to wait as van 3 had not come. It eventually arrived and van 2 broke down when trying to leave. This took up time. It was now lunchtime. Van 3 was being loaded. Driver disappeared again. It was now nearly 3 o'clock. I had to go to the tip with rubbish. The buyers had been waiting with their van for over 2 hours. I could not finish cleaning as there was a halt in proceedings. I did not know what was happening so had to ask to find out that they needed a fourth, unplanned for, van. There had been no communication.I went to the tip before it closed and got back around 4.30. One of the removers asked me to go room by room and check everything had been taken. There were several bits that had not been packed. Some of which I had reminded the company about earlier in the day.. They were put on the van. It was after 4.30 when we left. Fortunately my son had been able to collect the key. I travelled the 6 hours to Bristol to my son's and managed about 5 hours sleep before I needed to be up to get to the house for 8 o'clock as requested. At 9.20 I telephoned Economy Removals to find out what time to expect them. They told me there had been a puncture and would be there in about 10 mins. Once again there had been no communication. Two vans arrived and basically the unloading was done. There were several breakages. All of which could and should have been avoided. Some of the men argued in the road outside my old house, the neighbours were not impressed. One man in particular stands out as being excellent. One of the remover's son. He was a joy to meet and work with. Most of the others were satisfactory too. I wrote to Economy Budget Removals and they apologised and offered me £250 compensation. I accepted this and 'called it a day'. It has not covered the replacement of broken items but I wanted to move on from this awful experience.

Danny and his team did a great job in moving us and made the job a pleasure. We did have one issue which Danny resolved in a very professional way. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend his services at anyone who just want the job done by a true gent and his team.

Danny and the team were fantastic. Even with a full pack and wrap service they were done in one day. Super professional without a single ding or lost item. I would highly recommend this company!

The guys were brilliant, we had a Four bedroom house on 4 levels 2 kitchens 2 living rooms 3 bathrooms. They worked relentlessly for 2 days. Nothing was damaged, missing or in the wrong rooms. They are very professional friendly and Dan constantly keeps you informed what's happening and has your best interest priority. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely use again in the future.

Very no frills, but they did the job well without breakages. Don't book them if you want smart guys in uniform, but we will 100% use them again as they were very hard working and got the job done!
