I used Reallymoving website because I had to find an available surveyor where the ones i had been recommended didn’t have availability. He performed the survey within a week and I have got the survey report in about 10 days. I attended his survey and he was very patient listening to my comments and concerns, the report was clear and well organised. He also gave me an estimate of how much the repairs would cost. Great service from Khalil. He has been in touch regularly, keeping us in the loop, answered questions and provided advice. We are now waiting for our report. This has been all done remotely via email. I would have preferred to meet with Khalil (f2f or on Zoom) and also visit the property with him but due to the current climate we were unable to do so.

I highly recommend Khalil. He was able to do the HomeBuyer survey quickly, allowed me to join him for the visit and answered all my questions before, during and after the visit which helped to reassure me (nervous first time buyer). He gave me really useful pointers beyond the work I paid him for and sent me the survey within the agreed timeframe. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Khalil.

I went with ECOHDS for my home buyers report. Khalil was friendly and answered any queries I had to a satisfactory manner. Khalil can be quite hard to get a hold of over the phone and email but in the end he attended the property in a timely manner and delivered the report in 10 working days. Overall I am happy with the service. Would recommend.
