DL Mole LLP is an advanced company of Chartered Surveyors providing professional property advice to clients throughout the North East regions of Newcastle and Sunderland. Our local knowledge of these areas allows us to provide accurate, helpful advice based on practical experience.
We can provide both residential surveys and commercial surveys.
We are a friendly and approachable company, ready to support and assist you throughout your home purchase with a professional and efficient survey. Our dedicated staff will make the whole process simple – offering detailed, valuable advice and guidance.
Although a small team at DL Mole LLP, the company is highly motivated and committed to providing an excellent service. Our many years’ experience of working in the property market, combined with the small team we maintain, means that we can provide a knowledgeable, expert service without losing that personal touch.
It is our objective to exceed your expectations with our outstanding level of service.
At DL Mole we specialise in conducting Building Surveys for our clients. A Building Survey is the most comprehensive house survey available, providing an in-depth account of the property’s structural condition. It will inspect all accessible aspects of the property – including specific areas that you require to be covered. Buildings Surveys, as they do not have a standard structure, can be tailored to your needs or your concerns about the property.
We aim to inspect as soon as access can be arranged and provide our reports within 3 working days following the inspection. The reports will be detailed, honest and impartial, allowing you to make an informed decision on how you will progress with your purchase.
We also offer Homebuyers Reports, a service for Party Wall Issues, extensions and Residential Project Management Services.
Our surveying services are available at excellent rates. We act promptly on instruction and our efficiency will ensure that your property transaction will not be help up.
