Didcot in south Oxfordshire is a town known for its historically famous railway heritage and its nuclear power station by the town. Right by the so-called ‘Science Vale’, home to three large technology centres, Didcot is a prosperous town with a strong economy. 15 minutes from Oxford and an hour away from central London by rail, cot is a popular place to live, and last year alone Didcot helped over 200 people move into the area.
The Chartered Surveyors we work with in the area are well experienced in delivering a number of housing surveys, including the two reallymoving recommend: HomeBuyer Reports, designed for newer properties already in reasonable condition, and Building Surveys, for older properties which may be in more need of repairs.
Although both types of surveys can be expensive, they are definitely worth getting. With RICS reporting that 20% of people regret buying their property after not hiring a Chartered Surveyor, it’s not worth taking the risk. At reallymoving we can help you quickly find the best deal possible, saving you time and money and meaning your mind will be at ease about the state of the property when you do move in.
Hopefully you’ll be moved into your home in Didcot and will be exploring the Didcot Railway Centre or going to Milton Manor House in no time at all.
