HomeBuyer Report
The HomeBuyer Report will discuss the condition of the property you are buying to allow you to make a reasoned and informed decision about moving forward with your purchase of the building.
The survey includes an inspection and report of the property. It will take into account any repairs necessary and identify the most important issues by applying condition ratings in line with the RICS HomeBuyer Report standard.
The HomeBuyer Report is suitable for houses that are traditionally constructed and in an apparent reasonable condition.
Building Survey
The Building Survey is more customisable to your needs, suitable for all residential properties. It includes detailed technical information about the materials and construction of the building, and an in-depth report about the property’s condition.
The Building Survey is most appropriate for properties that are run down, unusually built, altered or intending to be altered after buying.
